There are some study indicating gain calibration between ATWD gains are not correctly done (done by J. Kelly et al.). I have also checked the correlation of amplitude and npe between ch0/ch1 and ch1/ch2 by using IC-22 EHE data.
We currently calibrate waveforms that are not saturated for a ATWD gain (calibration mode 1 in DOMcalibrator). For this study, I calibrated raw waveform for each gain by using calibration mode 2 in DOMcalibrator.
It turend out there are no multiple waveforms for each gain unles the waveform is not saturated with the high gain such as ch0.

Althogh the waveforms are saturated, it seems to me that the npe correlation between ATWD channel seems to be fine for not so much saturated part.
