Example NPE to Energy Parameterization

Trial 1) with MC Samples from DC1, 80 string, Full bin readout (Muon E-1 sample)

NO uncontained event cut.

Step 1. The original Log(NPE) vs Log(MC Truth Energy) distribution (incl. uncontained events)

Step 2. Slice at give Log NPE and fit with gaussian

Step 3. Plot the mean value of the gaussian with gaussian sigma error bar (lower plot).
Then fit it again.
