GRBs may have enough energies to supply the required luminosity of UHE neutrinos. Whether a GRB can accelerate protons up to 100 ZeV is still an opened question. Might be quite difficult unless there is much more efficient acceleration mechanism available than the conventional Fermi acceleration.
