channel wise FADC vs ATWD based NPE from MC sample, obtained with calibration mode 1 but quite different fromthe same calibration applied in real data, rather close to the case only channel zero is used.

Plotted frequency vs. runID, look at Nch>80 rate only, cut at different length - color is the file length. Initial guess of 200 sec cut was not enough and in the following cut at 300 [sec].

Number of event in the file (x) vs. frequency - color is still the file length.
